Data & Privacy Policy

1. BACKGROUND

1.1      This Data & Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we and our affiliates (“STN“, “we“, “us” or “our“) collect, use, and share your information whenever you use our products, services, website or software (collectively, “Services”).

1.2     This Policy applies to all visitors, registered customers and others who access the Services.

1.3     Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

 

2. INFORMATION MAY WE COLLECT FROM YOU

2.1     Information that you provide to us directly:

You may give us personal information about you by filling in forms on our website www.sheebathenutritionist.com (our “Site“) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Such information may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date and billing and credit card information. Information may also include health related data, such as weight history. We may request information from you when you register on/through our Site or subscribe to any of our Services. In all cases, we will collect information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us.

2.2     Information we collect about you:

With regard to each of your visits to our Site we may automatically collect the following information technical information, including the internet protocol address used to connect your device to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, as well as general analytical data.

2.3     Information we receive from other sources:

We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub- contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

 

3. HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

3.1     Information you give to us.

We will use this information:

(a)   to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and Services that you request from us;

(b)   to provide you with information about Services that we offer;

(c)   to provide you, or permit selected third parties to provide you, with information about goods or services we feel may interest you. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, or to pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, please let us know;

(a)   We may share your Information with persons, entities or businesses that are part of our group (“Affiliates“). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Services (including by providing analytics) and such Affiliates’ own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). (b)   We may also share your Information, under strict confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this Policy, with:

• Business partners, collaborators, suppliers, service providers, vendors and other third-party organizations that support our business, help us provide the Services to you, provide technical infrastructure for the Services and analysis of how our Services are used, etc. (“Service Providers“); and

• Advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others; and

• Analytics and search providers that assist us in the improvement/optimisation of our Site

4.2     We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymised data with other parties. We may also combine your Information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.

4.3     Legal Requests and Prevention of Harm

We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (such as a search warrant or court order) if we have a good faith belief that any applicable law requires us to do so. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to do so to detect, prevent or address any illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations, and to prevent death or bodily harm. Your information may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of this Policy, our general terms of business or otherwise to prevent harm.

 

5. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

5.1     The information that we collect from you may be processed, transferred or stored outside of Singapore in another country in which we and/or our Affiliates or Service Providers maintain facilities, which may not have the same data protection laws as your home jurisdiction.

5.2     By registering for and using the Services you consent to the:

(a)   transfer, storage and processing of your Information to any other country in which we and/or our Affiliates or Service Providers maintain facilities; and

(b)   the consequential use and disclosure of your Information as described in this Policy.

5.3     We will use commercially reasonable safeguards to keep the iInformation collected through the Services.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. However, we cannot guarantee that your information on the Services will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

 

6. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION

6.1     You have the right to:

(a)   ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes; and

(b)   unsubscribe and opt out of email communications.

7. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION

7.1     You can review the personal information that we have collected from you by contacting us sheeba@singnet.com.sg.  We may charge a small administration for this service and we aim to respond within 40 days of receiving this fee.

7.2     You can update, correct or change your information at anytime by contacting us at sheeba@singnet.com.sg.

 

8. CHILDRENS’ PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. The Services and their content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 9. OTHER WEB SITES AND SERVICES

9.1     We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Services, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Services to another website or service, this Policy will not apply to those third-party websites or services.

9.2     Your interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our Services, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. Accordingly, we are not responsible for and do not have control over any third-parties that you allow to access your information.
